About Us
Epiphany Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. People in the area know us as "The God Is Love Church", and we love to proclaim this message. We are located in northeast Baltimore City, serving members in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. We also have members in many other states who cannot worship with us weekly, but are remembered in our thoughts and prayers. We have a variety of activities and services to help families and individuals keep Christ in their daily lives. We are a part of the Delaware-Maryland Synod, a group of nearly 200 other congregations.Our Mission is to proclaim the message to our community in word and deed that God Is Love.We were founded in 1908 by the Rev Frederick Hightman.
If you are looking for a spiritual home, or just a place to visit, we'd love to have you come with us. We are a congregation grounded in the Word of the Gospel, and celebrating the sacraments in a liturgical setting.
